Why, oh Why, did google decide changing blogger was a good idea! It was so simple and straightforward to use before, please bare with me whilst I figure out where they have 'hidden' everything! - You may find things change on this blog as I figure out where things are now lol

Anyway, Hello, welcome to my new blog. I have deleted the others even though they we're packed with all kinds of wondrous things so that I can just write one blog, and hopefully won't get too lost doing it lol

For those of you who know me - welcome to the nut house, please pull up a chair after you've taken your meds! For those of you who have just found me, welcome, I do hope I don't drive you to crazy with my strange thoughts, ideas and general mayhem making ;)

I am a .... well I don't really like labels but if I had to label myself I guess, wiccan-spiritualist-crafting-graphics designing-mother-wife-philosophical-lunatic might just about sum me up! (bound to have forgotten some, which, if certain friends of mine find this blog will happily remind me of!) in short I am a Jill of all trades, master of some :)

I design digital scrapbooks, currently having a little sabbatical, I find if I don't take a break I start getting designers block, I've had about 8 months off from scrapping now and the I have some great ideas starting to formulate ready for when I come back. (be warned scrapbook maxers I will be back mwhahaha)
I also design web site sets, flash web sites, logos, banners and company images as and when requested too, it's always a great challenge to be given the ethics of a company, it's function and a colour scheme and then asked to make something to a brief, not blowing my own trumpet (oh ok I am lol) but 9 out of 10 time my customers love the very first draft I do. I guess being psychic helps with this as I can normally 'see' what they have in mind before I start lol
I love to cook, but we have a very tight food budget here as we only have the one wage coming in (I am currently off sick, and have been for the past two and half years due to a yet undiagnosed illness) I may on occasion post up a recipe for a tasty budget meal I've either invented or found as I blog.
And finally I also make crochet items that I sell on Etsy - nothing like being diverse eh lol So the contents of this blog will probably feature some if not all of these things and lots of rambling thoughts and chatter from me :D

I am a very creative person, always plotting 6 or more projects at anyone time! a bit of an over achiever in truth - major design fault there lol I love to make things, as the saying goes, before my hands touched it - it didn't exist, creating new things gives me a great sense of satisfaction and more often than not I surprise myself with the finished product!
I am a great believer that we all can create, the trouble is we look at what others create and judge our efforts as inferior,not pretty, not professional enough etc We all do it, (I am my own worst enemy!!) we rip our own efforts apart, criticising every single tiny mistake!
Imperfections are what makes things perfect to someone else - you may have created what they have been looking for, what they see as perfect....beauty is in the eye of the beholder and all that.

Anyways what I am trying to say here is, be like me give it a go, you'll never know what you are good at until you try, and so what if no-one else loves your creation as much as you, so long as you had fun and learnt something then it is worth the time and effort.

I'll be adding pages as I develop this blog, with items for sale, recipes, the odd freebie here and there, things I find interesting, links to sites I have found with goodies or fabulous ideas, you'll never know what might happen as I carry on blogging lol
